Growing up as kid naivas was and still is a major household name. There has been pride and excitement associated with shopping in any of their across the country. Most people can vouch for their excellent service and crazy offer just when they’re needed such as during school openings and major holidays. My mom and I are super loyal customers and actually shop at just naivas. The store has been in my good books until recently. So I went to do shopping and while at the store decide to get myself a burger cause why not. I paid for the burgers at the cashier and went to pick them up. Their prices were good, affordable . The lady on duty on that particular day wasn’t as friendly as I had expected. I had to stand for over five minutes waiting for her to notice me. When she eventually turned her attention to me she asked what I wanted and I told her two beef burgers. She then signaled to me to pick them from the counter and went back to her business. I simply picked them up left. I got to school and sat down to eat and I didn’t go beyond two bites. The burger tasted horrible and stale. The tomatoes had already started spoiling and the lettuce wasn’t fresh at all. I tried hard to eat them but in the end I just couldn’t.i had to trash them and counted my losses. As a result I have never bought any of these fast foods from Naivas apart from just shopping. I was so disappointed in their burgers. I haven’t tried them again to see if they got better yet but I just might one of these days. In spite of that I still trust them for my everyday shopping. Otherwise I love naivas for their excellent service and crazy offers.

Excellent Customer Service 👌. The staff help you locate items if you are new.. They have more than enough parking space ..Not forgetting tempting offers every week days and weekends. I do my shopping at Naivas Mayan Mall and its the best supermarket ever cause it helps me save my money alot. Especially with the rise of the economy…today l saved almost kes 300 when l was buying cooking oil…instead of buying it at kes. 1,186 I bought it at kes. 899. Naivas also bakes the yummiest cakes ever..You should try their blocked carrot cake 🎂 😍.. And also for those whose birthdays are coming up…they bake amazing birthdays cakes.. If you are in Rongai l recommend you to shop there . From groceries, electronics appliances, food stuffs etc. Thank me later.

Naivas supermarket. I’ve been to quite a number of Naivas supermarket outlets and I only got love for the one in Ongata Rongai at Maiyan Mall. The first thing you see is the huge parking space that the mall offers and it’s free parking space you don’t pay anything. It’s huge and a very clean supermarket. You’ll get almost everything that you need In that Ongata Rongai branch but you must always miss one or two things that you might need. I think prices in Naivas supermarket are a little bit high compared to other supermarkets. The staff at Ongata Rongai are helpful they’ll guide you and show where you can get whatever you are looking for. There’s this Naivas supermarket in kisumu along a roundabout I didn’t like the staff a few have never been of much help when you need assistance. I’d advise that all staff are given a little knowledge on customer care services
