Carrefour carrefour is very popular supermarket in Nairobi they are just the supermarket when you need affordable products. Compared to other supermarkets, they constantly have offers, products are well priced. They are well situated in places where parking is easily available. I’ve been to the one in Galleria mall that supermarket is always clean from the staff to the store itself. The shelves are nearly arranged. They have households items, fresh groceries are there at a very cheap price kila kitu. Electronics are in plenty cloth lines are there, foot wears are available beauty products etcetera etcetera. The staff are helpful and when you want to tip an attendant in carrefour don’t do it in the open where the camera’s are watching 😂😂you will cost someone their job. Find a way to do it. Affordable products and quality products will always take me to carrefour

Carrefour is quickly becoming one of the most frequented supermarkets countrywide having expanded and opened numerous branches countrywide. Carrefour has outlets in Two Rivers, TRM, Junction Mall and Sarit Centre , in Mombasa County and Kisumu too. Their ever fully stocked stores attracts so many customers on a daily. My favourite part about shopping here is they always stock a variety of products thus leaving one spoilt for choice and rarely does one have to check other stores afterwards for a missing product you wanted. Carrefour prices are quite affordable and they offer the best deals and discounted offers when it comes to food products. Being a lover of everything cooking and baking, I always prefer doing my shopping for ingredients here at Carrefour since I get the best prices I could get around for their spices and cheese too. They also offer rarely found fresh spices like thyme , all these at quite affordable prices.When I went grocery shopping there a week ago, I was surprised to discover they also sell fresh honey , which I found quite unique. Carrefour have a great bakery that offers freshly baked pastries and are the best grocery store in town. The liqour store inside the supermarket is normally fully stocked and you can find really good deals on especially the wines and gin which are normally a bit priced in other stores. Their API payment system is quite unique if you plan to use mobile money especially MPESA which I found quite convenient since it saves one a lot of time and makes the short queues at the cashier fast moving. The supermarket is huge and occupies a huge area so in case of an issue I always have to walk around the aisles to find an attendant , I would wish they could work on having at least one attendant manning each aisle at all times to avoid the hustle of moving around looking for one. Apart from that, shopping here is always a wonderful experience this so grab a trolley and shop away!

The most affordable supermarket I’ve been to. This chain of stores that has a few branches in nairobi and most have a warehouse design to it. The place is huge and well arranged. They stock all sorts of products from health and beauty, household items, electronics and even farm products. It feels like the new Nakumatt. They have a deli and a butchery in the store. Their chicken is particularly good. I usually go to the one at TRM for when I’m doing bulk shopping. Their meat is especially fresh and tender. I like the boneless chicken which I get almost every week. The butcher also offers to chop it for you. Despite the store being huge, there are staff members everywhere to help make your shopping easier. They usually have offers that can go as high as 40% on selected items. They also have giveaways on their Instagram page. What a way to lure customers. Shockingly, it’s never crowded and that’s how I like my supermarkets

Carrefour is quite popular in Kenya. It has two branches in Nairobi at TRM and Two rivers and one branch in mombasa at City mall. Their store next to highway mall along uhuru highway is a favourite of mine. It’s called the Carrefour Mega and it is nothing less. The place is huge and has been arranged so well. The first time I was there I was just from the highway wall and was waiting for my uber driver when I decided to pop by. The staff are many. They also have many cashiers so there are no queues which is a plus for me. There are a few express counters for people who want to buy less than 10 items. They have such a wide range of products from household goods, beauty , food and fresh groceries. Their prices are very fair and I find them cheaper than most supermarkets. They also have numerous offers that are up to 40% off. These offers are on a long list of products e.g furniture, food, and electronics. The quality of their products is what keeps me coming back. They also have parking at the store that you pay for. The location of their Carrefour Mega is also quite convenient.

Being the only supermarket in Thika Road Mall, whenever am around Roysambu and need something, this is where I buy it. This is among my most favorite supermarkets in Nairobi, mostly due to its low prices and its convenient location right next to the Thika Road Superhighway. This supermarket offers a wide variety of goods. From fresh goods and produce to electronics and phones. It sells goods from all the major brands and manufactures operating within the country. So, it is the perfect place for shopping since you’ll get everything you need under one roof. This supermarket also has a lot of offers and whenever I shop there, I always get a worthwhile offer. And that is another reason why I always return there. The only downside to this supermarket is that it usually gets crowded and the queues at the counters get really long. Sometimes you can spend up to 30 minutes waiting in line. However, the supermarket has come up with an ingenious idea to deal with it. People who have bought less than ten items have their own counters and the queues on these counters move very fast. So, go to these counters if you have bought few items. This is probably the most affordable supermarket around and hence its popularity. I will continue shopping there for the foreseeable future.

The cleanliness and customer service provided here is top notch. The prices of goods are reasonable.I am a regular customer and I have never been disappointed with their service.

Carrefour is a French retailer and it has several branches in Nairobi and Mombasa including one outlet at City Mall in Nyali. Its one of the best hypermarkets in Mombasa and as usual I was impressed when I went there for shopping. The prices are the best and they have a variety of goods and services ranging from food, grocery, electronics, mobile phones, home appliances, beauty and more. I particularly loved the deli and bakery section as they have an assortment of freshly cooked and baked food, pastries and cakes at very affordable prices. Definitely unplanned for because I am an impulse buyer but totally worth it! The place was very clean and organized and it’s very easy to locate stuff because things are arranged neatly in aisles and named according to the categories. The staff support are also very helpful when you need help to find something. Services are very fast because there are many cashiers hence shorter queues. Shopping in carrefour is made easier and faster because they have a mobile shopping app in place of a smart card where one can scan and monitor shopping points personally. Carrefour is a great shopping place and I’m sure you would enjoy the experience!

Carrefour is quite a popular shopping hypermarket in Kenya. I checked out the one in Two Rivers Mall and as usual it was no disappointment. What do you want to buy? Trust that you will find it here. There is a variety of goodies from groceries to electronics to baked goods and ready to eat food. I’m one for making lists before shopping because walking into places like this can get you buying things that are unplanned because you’ll be spoilt for choice once you begin shopping in Carrefour. The prices are not over the roof and you’ll definitely get value for your money. There were multiple offers on different items so you need to check out this hypermarket ASAP. However one of the items I bought had an offer but it was still billed but they have an after purchase customer care desk where the attendant had good customer care. She managed to correct the error immediately and my money was refunded. So make sure you’re kin when you purchase some of the goodies that have offers. You can also download the Carrefour app which can be used to pay and also earn loyalty points! There is social distancing in the payment lines and all covid guidelines are being observed so all you have to do is also do the same to prevent further spread of the disease.

The supermarket has a warehouse style, with everything located on the same floor and arranged in aisles and named according to their categories. Shopping at CarreFour is a great experience because their is vast space, making is a great place to get that last minute Christmas shopping done. There are many cashiers so the queues are fewer. They also have an express aisle where shoppers purchasing 10 or less items can go through quicker. Carrefour have embraced technology in their invention of a mobile app for shopper points as opposed to a physical smart card where you can just scan and monitor your shopping points yourself. Their customer care service is located within the building and is helpful and reliable in solving customer complaints. The supermarket has a bakery and deli within the building and they make the most delicious baguettes. The prices of goods are affordable and they always have stands with offers on a variety of items. Everything is pretty easy to locate but they have staff in case you need any help with anything. They also have price checkers situated along the aisles in case something does not have a price tag. If you love shopping as much as I do, Carrefour is a great place to do this at and you are always assured of great service.

This is a recently opened chain of supermarkets in Kenya.To be honest it’s more of a hypermarket .The range of products and the amount of brands they Cater for is quite large if you ask me .It ranges from : electronics ,TV and Audio , Health, Beauty,Personal products, cleaning and detergents, garden appliances,pet products, furniture, clothing,accesories , stationery,baby care , worldwide food products , groceries , toys and DIY tools.Even the physical space is usually larger than most general supermarkets in Nairobi. They offer a really great shopping experience with a very fair price range. Because one of my favourite things is deals,deals and more deals!!I love how Carrefour usually have discounts on some of their brands for a period of time throughout the year.Their craziest period for deals is of course Black November where the discounts take a deep dive to up to 75 % off on selected products. There are of course several branches all around the country and the one I frequent most is the one in Garden City Mall along Thika Super Highway. It’s close to my residence hence the convenience. They also have a mini restuarant and bakery inside their supermarket offering a variety of freshly baked and cooked products. I think their lasagne knows me by heart as much as I know it by heart .I also like their barbeque wings,the sauce is very tasty and the pricing depending on the weight very convenient. A perfect stop for all your household needs.
